Boels Portable Kitchens operates a 24/7 support service you can call for technical issues. The technician on call first tries to solve the problem or breakdown by telephone. If this doesn't work, a Portable Kitchens technician or external partner visits the site in person to fix the issue. We do whatever we can to solve the problem quickly, so you can always carry on with your work.

The preparation

Request 
We sit down with you to discuss what you need. And we determine the nature of the project. Our team of experts then consults with you on the best options for you in terms of kitchen units, kitchen equipment, and any other specifications. We then prepare and propose a total solution that best suits your specific needs and requirements. In doing so, we take into account various factors such as capacity and location.

Site visit
So we can go through the project with you in more detail, our project team visits you on site. This gives us an even clearer picture of what your specific needs are. It also allows our experts to assess the various supply routes and other environmental factors we may need to consider. During the visit, we also determine the position of the kitchen units and of the various connection points.

Kitchen design concept
Based on the information we have and the site visit, we prepare a kitchen design concept. In it, we provide a detailed explanation of all the project components.

Once every aspect meets your own wishes and requirements, we can draw up the ideal rental package for you. This can include a CAD drawing if desired. You will also receive a completely transparent quote. And after your approval, we can get started on the project itself.

Start of the project

Preparation
The project team sets to work on the preparations for your project. To meet all quality requirements and expectations, our professionals inspect and test all units and equipment ‘in house’. Experienced mechanics test every kitchen and all appliances for functionality, safety and cleanliness according to the HACCP regulations. So you are guaranteed to get the right kitchen in the best condition.

We also take over the burden of coordinating the power supply, water drainage and possible building foundations. You won't have to worry about a thing.

Construction and installation
Boels Portable Kitchens takes complete care of the on-site construction and installation of your project Service from A to Z. Just think of the trucks for transport, arranging a crane, equipment layout, fire safety, air conditioning, storage facilities, etc. We take it all out of your hands. On request, we can also look after the power, water and drainage infrastructure.

Before delivery of the temporary (commercial) kitchen solution, we do a standard pre-operational test run. The entire set-up is operationally tested, including the delivered cooling units, dishwashing units, support units and kitchen equipment. This way, you have 100% assurance that all the equipment works.

Delivery
If you prefer, Boels Portable Kitchens can deliver the project turnkey. This means your kitchen production can start straight away. When the kitchen is ready, your staff are given detailed instructions on how to operate the rented equipment. We also supply user manuals for all appliances. These extensive instructions ensure minimises the chance of malfunctions. But perhaps even more important is that they guarantee the safe use of the rented equipment by your kitchen team. Safety first.
