LOGIMASTER software solution

Our LOGIMASTER notification program, developed in-house, is designed for just-in-time deliveries to the construction site. Logistics software that covers all your construction logistics processes! Take advantage of more than 15 years of expertise and best practice from construction logistics.

Site passes and access control

Registration of companies and employees

  • Documents such as work permits, social security etc. can be uploaded to LOGIMASTER and approved by site managers.
  • After a company is set up, it is possible to set up individual employees.
  • Employees can register themselves or be registered directly on the construction site by the logistics service provider.

Staff statistics

  • Creating framework conditions for ideal monitoring by recording personal master data, documentation of work papers, management of minimum wage statements, and live statistics.
  • This is available at any time as per assignment of rights and overview lists that are available online.

Coordination and notification

Notification - coordination of transport to the construction site

  • Logistical coordination of all transport to, within, and away from the construction site through flexible entry of required areas and timeframes in an online notification system that is confirmed by our staff.
  • A live overview can be seen online at all times. Depending on the approval status, this can be directly for buyers, suppliers, recipients or object monitoring.

Coordination of material flows on the construction site

  • LOGIMASTER clocks and monitors control of individual packing units from the transshipment area to lifting gear to the workplace itself, which also improves efficiency on the construction site at the same time.
  • Lift capacities are clocked more effectively with fixed times via online reservations (lift management).
  • Usage plans are put up or implemented by a lift operator depending on requirements.

Online booking system

  • All logistics-related resources can be handled 24 hours a day via our LOGIMASTER online booking system. Delivery processes are clocked via the “just-in-time” approach to enable smooth processing.

Defects management

  • LOGIMASTER handles the recording and management of defects digitally.
  • Defects management means the defect can be assigned to who caused it via photos of the point of origin.
  • This ensures that escape routes and important logistics areas are kept free.

Space management

  • LOGIMASTER can select the required space and it can be requested directly online via zones that are set out in advance.
  • The space is defined by the logistics coordinator via short coordination channels in accordance with the selected duration whilst taking other trades into consideration.
