Training courses for aerial work platform operators

When working with aerial work platforms, it’s important to be familiar with the machine’s functions and operation. It’s also essential to be aware of all potential hazards.

Boels offers training for operators of mobile elevating work platforms (also known as cherry pickers or boom lifts), which provides the necessary knowledge to operate these machines safely and effectively. After completing this course, you’ll understand how to use a boom lift safely and how to minimize the associated risks.

As the first certified IPAF Training Centre in Poland, we also offer IPAF training, enabling you to obtain internationally recognized PAL licenses required for working with lifts in many European countries and beyond.

UDT certification

Obtaining the proper certification for mobile platforms is key to working at height safely and legally. In Poland, the required qualification can only be obtained through a course followed by a state exam administered by the Urząd Dozoru Technicznego (UDT). Our courses fully meet the guidelines necessary to prepare for the practical portion of the UDT exam. The lift training program is tailored to the latest safety standards to ensure employees gain confidence and skills in operating mobile elevating work platforms.

IPAF certification

IPAF (International Powered Access Federation) is a global organization that sets the highest safety standards for working at height. By completing our IPAF training courses, participants receive international certificates that validate their skills. These courses include both practical training in operating platforms and theoretical knowledge regarding safe work practices at height.

The IPAF license is accepted in many countries, such as Germany, the Netherlands or Denmark. You only need to get certified once to work with platforms across multiple countries. The certification is valid for 5 years.

Obtaining an international IPAF certificate not only confirms your skills but also provides access to the ePAL card (Powered Access Licence). This digital card is recognized worldwide, allowing operators to move and operate mobile platforms freely in different regions. With the ePAL card, workers can easily prove their qualifications wherever needed.
