With the Boels concrete sander you can keep on working quickly and efficiently, sand right up against the edges and achieve the best results. It's also flexible: you can remove the engine from the frame and fold the frame up. This makes it very easy to transport the product in practically every car. You can choose from two diamond blocks: a fine grit for a smooth finish and a coarser grit for roughening up the floor. Using the coarser grit variant creates an excellent adhesive layer for the following stage of the floor treatment. The sanding blocks are sold in sets of three. Tip: by changing the configuration and the number of sanding blocks, you can achieve a different result.When sanding a rain-soaked concrete floor, a capacity of 5-8m²/h can be achieved with this machine. You can choose from 2 types of finishes; a fine finish for a "ready for painting" result using diamond block K60-80 (301183), or a coarser finish for "good adhesion" for new adhesives, epoxy paints, etc. with K20-30 (301182). At least 2 sets (of 3 blocks) are required under this machine. The more blocks used, the flatter the result.
