Wall saw 900mm on rail 230/380V high-frequency

Powerful high-frequency wall saw on rails for cutting through brick and reinforced concrete. The saw arm, saw shaft and drive motor can be operated separately thanks to the 3-motor system. The symmetrical rails allow the saw motor to be mounted on either side. The rotational direction of the saw blade can be changed to ensure the water spray goes in the desired direction. This wall saw is easy to set up and operate remotely by one person.The corresponding power unit (10997) rented separately with the wall saw can also be used with other high-frequency machines such as the ring saw (10976), drilling rig (10500). We have a wide range of diamond blades available for drilling into materials such as brick, cinder blocks, sand-lime brick, (reinforced) concrete and asphalt. Diamond blades can be rented or purchased from us. If you rent a diamond blade, please return it together with the machine. The price of the blade is calculated as follows: * Measurement upon collection and return. * Depending on the diameter and type of blade, a unit price per 0.1 mm is charged, with a minimum of 0.25 mm. This minimum charge covers part of the logistical costs, wear and tear, risk of breakage etc. * The maximum wear price per blade is equal to the selling price. Concrete slurry and water are extracted using a slurry collector. This keeps the environment clean during sawing activities and less cleaning is required after sawing. The wall saw comes standard with 2 meter rails and a 600mm saw guard. Additional rails and saw guards are available separately (larger guards as well as guards for flat sawing).
